I listen deeply, reply honestly and value the individual. I have been a student of world renowned Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and practiced mindfulness meditation for over 20 years. I am trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
I have taught meditation and mindfulness in a range of places including prisons and runs retreats. I have 30 years' experience of working in the arts and facilitating workshops for adults and young people. I regularly run workshops and retreats and teach and coach others to use mindfulness. I particularly enjoy helping others to use mindfulness to develop their creativity.
I regularly run retreats in the Yorkshire Dales.
