A Bit About Me
Growing up in Bombay India, I was surrounded by stories. The daughter of a librarian I spent my childhood in libraries reading and listening to stories. Over the last 30 years I've told stories in libraries, schools, theatres and prisons. Now I'm writing them down.
I am a student of world renowned Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and have practiced mindfulness meditation for over 20 years. I teach meditation and mindfulness in a range of places including prisons and runs retreats.
